About Us
Standing Up for Accountability, Rectification and Change: Children and Parents Right to have a Voice & Oversight.
Over the past 5 years, our family have encountered terrible treatment beneath most unacceptable child welfare procedures. We have been unable to get the required information, oversight and closure. As such, we expect it is only fair to conclude, that our family have been the subject of a GAA & State Cover Up of Child Welfare from January 2020.

We have had to learn how the so called 'System' contains a significant gap in terms of External Oversight and as applied to our family, bears no resemblance of Natural Justice. The cornerstone of the entire has been that our family have had No Voice. If otherwise, we could open up what transpired since January 2020 and the serious misrepresentations we were to discover were placed on our GAA records, State records and broadcast publicly about our family.

It was not until November 2024 and a few months ago into 2025, that we eventually got an understanding as to 'Why' such terrible treatment beneath most unacceptable child welfare procedures has been applied to our family since January 2020 and 'Why' such horrific misrepresentations, that continue to impact our family and how we live our lives in our club and community to this day.
We have exhausted the so called 'System'. Our hand is now forced to Speak Up publicly against what may be perceived as Mount Everest. Severely daunting. With our backs to the wall, we have to Stand Up.
We have set up this website (its contents will remain confidential unless advised otherwise) for people who may:
-
Be able to help our family get resolution
-
Have encountered similar procedures they may wish to share that may help us get change
-
Identify an error we might make in opening up. If so, we apologise in advance, will assess and rectify if necessary.
-
If media wish to contact us, the internet site is their sole route. Please stay away from our family's and extended family members' homes, schools and social areas and do not place our family members names or photos on media sources.
It is important to highlight the following: We were told our son encountered a 2018 child welfare situation in our school that then moved to our GAA pitch. It was reported in both in 2018. We were told our son encountered a different type of child welfare situation with different personnel allegedly involved in 2019, that we were told was reported in the GAA pitch in 2019. To emphasise, we raise no concerns in relation to those we were told were allegedly involved in both of those Situations. That element of it was, and remains, none of our business. We have no choice though, but to reference such Situations, that we mistakenly understood in December 2019 were in the past, in order to give context to the what transpired from January 2020. Some of those people may actually be able to help our family get Accountability, Rectification and Change.
It is what transpired arising from the child welfare procedures that were applied to our family from January 2020 that we open up serious concerns on, within Our GAA organisation and Our External Bodies.

To note: Another matter transpired in the middle of the above child welfare experiences. However, we have to prioritise our family. All we can say, at this point in time, is that we have sought an urgent meeting with relevant Responsibles on that other matter.

Our family would appreciate your time and attention, and in a respectful and positive way.
