Are you aware that there is a lack of external oversight for how child welfare procedures are applied in the GAA. It raises three questions:
1) WHY is our GAA organisation not on the Children's Ombudsman list of public bodies in scope?
2) WHY is the GAA refusing to raise it as a motion at National Congress level?
3) WHY are Tusla, Guards and National Politicans refusing to exert their influence on the GAA to register with the Childrens' Ombudsman?
We are seeking public support to demand that the GAA are placed within the remit of the Childrens' Ombudsman to address the appalling treatment inflicted on our family by Adults in the AFTERMATH of a violent attack on our son and to ensure no other family has to suffer what we have.
We are appealing to the public to help us clear our son's name on the 2019 incident; to clear our son's name and our names on false allegations and false club decisions made up against our family from January 2020 onwards, that we first learnt of through a Data Access Request; and to urgently remove all access uninvestigated people on child welfare continue to have to our children.
